Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Pockets is a budgeting and bookkeeping app. It is not a bank, securities broker, tax adviser, accounting firm, or legal adviser. The app helps you record and organize information, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and decisions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using Pockets, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

2. Service Description

Pockets provides personal bookkeeping, family/shared wallet management, category and tag management, statistics, export tools, and optional subscription-based Pro features. Some features require internet access, an account, or an active subscription.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You should provide accurate account information and keep your email reachable.
If you believe your account has been used without permission, contact us as soon as possible.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Pockets Pro may be offered as auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscriptions through Apple App Store or other supported stores.
Pricing, trial availability, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by the relevant app store.
You can cancel an Apple subscription in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not usually remove access before the paid period ends.
If an active subscription cannot be detected, use the Restore Purchase button in the app while signed in with the store account used for purchase.

5. User Content and Data

Your bookkeeping records, notes, tags, wallet names, uploaded images, and related content remain your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to provide sync, backup, shared wallet, image, account, and support functions.

6. Local Storage and Sync

Pockets uses a local-first architecture.

In personal mode, your bookkeeping data is stored by default only on your device. You can continue using core bookkeeping features offline, and we do not actively upload your bill records to our servers.
When you enable family/shared wallets, multi-device sync, image upload, or other cloud-related features, the relevant data may be transmitted to and stored on our servers or infrastructure providers so that sync, sharing, and collaboration can work.
Even in family or sync mode, your local device remains the primary environment where you use and manage your data. The server is mainly used for sync, sharing, account, and collaboration features.
You may choose whether to use accounts, sync, and shared wallet features. Some features may be unavailable without network access or cloud services.

7. Privacy: Data We Collect

Account data: nickname, email, encrypted password credentials, login/session tokens, subscription status, and account settings.
Bookkeeping data: bills, amounts, categories, notes, dates, tags, wallet/family relationships, and images you choose to upload or sync.
Usage status data: app foreground/background events, approximate session duration, app version, platform, and daily activity signals used to understand whether the app is being used and to improve reliability. This does not include bill amounts, categories, notes, or other bookkeeping content.
Device and technical data: app version, platform, crash/debug logs you provide, network request metadata, and security/audit records.
Purchase data: product identifier, entitlement status, expiration time, and purchase events provided by RevenueCat or app stores. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

8. How We Use Data

To create accounts, authenticate users, sync data, manage shared wallets, and provide app features.
To verify subscriptions, unlock Pro features, process restore requests, and prevent abuse.
To troubleshoot, secure the service, improve product reliability, and respond to support requests.
To comply with legal, security, tax, accounting, and app store obligations when applicable.

9. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may process data with infrastructure providers, app stores, RevenueCat, email or support providers, analytics or diagnostic tools, and other vendors strictly as needed to operate Pockets. Family/shared wallet data may be visible to members you invite or join with.

10. Storage, Security, and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or until deletion is reasonably completed.

11. Your Choices and Rights

You may update account information in the app where available.
You may delete bills, wallets, images, and tags according to app rules and shared-wallet permissions.
You may request account deletion in the app or by contacting us. Some records may remain for legal, security, backup, or dispute-resolution reasons for a limited period.
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or explanation of your personal data, subject to applicable law.

12. Children

Pockets is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your region. If you believe a child has provided personal data without proper consent, please contact us.

13. Changes

We may update these terms and this policy when the app, law, or business changes. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

如发现账号被未经授权使用，请尽快联系我们。

4. 订阅与购买

Pockets Pro 可通过 Apple App Store 或其他支持的平台提供按月或按年的自动续订订阅。
价格、试用、计费周期、续订、取消和退款由对应应用商店处理。
Apple 订阅可在 iOS「设置 > Apple ID > 订阅」中取消。取消通常只停止后续续订，不会立即移除已付费周期内的权益。
如已购买但未识别权益，请在使用购买时的商店账号登录后点击应用内的“恢复购买”。

5. 用户内容与数据

您的账单、备注、标签、账本名称、上传图片及相关内容仍归您所有。您仅授权我们在提供同步、备份、共享账本、图片、账号和客服支持功能所必需的范围内处理这些数据。

6. 本地存储与同步

Pockets 采用“本地优先（Local-first）”架构。

在个人模式下，您的记账数据默认仅存储在设备本地，可在离线状态下继续使用，我们不会主动上传您的账单数据至服务器。
当您启用家庭/共享账本、多设备同步、图片上传或其他云端相关功能时，为实现同步、共享与协作功能，相关数据可能会传输并存储至我们的服务器或基础设施服务商。
即使在家庭模式或同步模式下，本地设备仍是您主要的数据使用与管理环境，服务器主要用于同步、共享、账号与协作相关功能。
您可自行决定是否使用账号、同步及共享账本功能。部分功能在无网络或未启用云服务时可能不可用。

7. 我们收集的信息

账号数据：昵称、邮箱、加密后的密码凭证、登录/会话令牌、订阅状态和账号设置。
记账数据：账单、金额、分类、备注、日期、标签、账本/家庭关系，以及您选择上传或同步的图片。
使用状态数据：应用进入前台/后台事件、近似使用时长、应用版本、平台和每日活跃信号，用于了解应用是否被使用并提升稳定性。该类数据不包含账单金额、分类、备注或其他记账内容。
设备与技术数据：应用版本、平台、您提供的崩溃/调试日志、网络请求元数据、安全和审计记录。
购买数据：由 RevenueCat 或应用商店提供的商品 ID、权益状态、到期时间和购买事件。我们不会接收或保存您的完整银行卡信息。

8. 信息用途

用于创建账号、身份验证、数据同步、共享账本管理和提供应用功能。
用于验证订阅、解锁 Pro 功能、处理恢复购买和防止滥用。
用于排障、保障服务安全、提升稳定性和响应支持请求。
在适用时用于履行法律、安全、税务、会计和应用商店要求。

9. 共享与第三方

我们不会出售您的个人信息。为运营 Pockets，我们可能在必要范围内与基础设施服务商、应用商店、RevenueCat、邮件或客服服务商、分析或诊断工具等合作方处理数据。家庭/共享账本数据可能会被您邀请或加入的成员看到。

10. 存储、安全与保留

我们采取合理的技术和组织措施保护数据，但任何互联网服务都无法保证绝对安全。我们会在提供服务、履行法律义务、解决争议、防止欺诈或完成删除所需的合理期限内保留数据。

11. 您的选择与权利

您可在应用内修改可编辑的账号信息。
您可根据应用规则和共享账本权限删除账单、账本、图片和标签。
您可在应用内或通过联系我们申请注销账号。因法律、安全、备份或争议处理需要，部分记录可能会在有限期限内保留。
您可联系我们请求访问、更正、删除或解释您的个人信息，具体以适用法律为准。

12. 未成年人

Pockets 并非面向 13 周岁以下儿童或您所在地区规定的同等最低年龄人群。如您认为儿童在未获得适当同意的情况下提供了个人信息，请联系我们。

13. 变更

我们可能因应用、法律或业务变化更新本协议与政策。最新版本会发布在本页面。变更后继续使用，即表示您接受更新后的条款。

1. 利用規約への同意

アカウント作成、Pockets の利用、またはサブスクリプション購入により、本利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。同意しない場合は利用を中止してください。

2. サービス内容

Pockets は、個人の家計記録、家族/共有ウォレット、カテゴリとタグ、統計、エクスポート、サブスクリプション制の Pro 機能を提供します。一部機能にはインターネット接続、アカウント、有効なサブスクリプションが必要です。

3. アカウントとセキュリティ

アカウント情報と認証情報はご自身の責任で管理してください。
正確で連絡可能なメールアドレスを提供してください。
不正利用が疑われる場合は、速やかにお問い合わせください。

4. サブスクリプションと購入

Pockets Pro は、Apple App Store など対応ストアを通じて月額または年額の自動更新サブスクリプションとして提供される場合があります。
価格、無料体験、請求期間、更新、解約、返金は各アプリストアにより管理されます。
Apple のサブスクリプションは iOS の「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」から解約できます。解約しても、通常は支払い済み期間の終了まではアクセスが継続します。
購入済みの権利が認識されない場合は、購入時のストアアカウントでログインし、アプリ内の「購入を復元」をご利用ください。

5. ユーザーコンテンツとデータ

記録、メモ、タグ、ウォレット名、アップロード画像などのコンテンツはユーザーに帰属します。当社は、同期、バックアップ、共有ウォレット、画像、アカウント、サポート機能の提供に必要な範囲でのみ処理します。

6. ローカル保存と同期

Pockets はローカルファーストのアーキテクチャを採用しています。

個人モードでは、家計記録データは初期設定で端末内にのみ保存されます。オフラインでも主要な記録機能を利用でき、当社が請求/支出記録をサーバーへ能動的にアップロードすることはありません。
家族/共有ウォレット、複数端末同期、画像アップロード、その他クラウド関連機能を有効にした場合、同期、共有、共同利用のために関連データが当社サーバーまたはインフラ提供者に送信・保存されることがあります。
家族モードまたは同期モードでも、ローカル端末はデータ利用と管理の主な環境です。サーバーは主に同期、共有、アカウント、共同利用機能のために使用されます。
アカウント、同期、共有ウォレット機能を利用するかどうかはユーザーが選択できます。ネットワーク接続またはクラウドサービスを有効にしていない場合、一部機能は利用できないことがあります。

7. 収集する情報

アカウント情報：ニックネーム、メール、暗号化された認証情報、ログイン/セッショントークン、サブスクリプション状態、設定。
家計記録データ：請求/支出記録、金額、カテゴリ、メモ、日付、タグ、ウォレット/家族関係、選択してアップロードまたは同期した画像。
利用状況データ：アプリのフォアグラウンド/バックグラウンドイベント、おおよその利用時間、アプリバージョン、プラットフォーム、日次アクティビティ信号。アプリが利用されているかを把握し信頼性を改善するために使用され、金額、カテゴリ、メモなどの家計記録内容は含みません。
技術情報：アプリバージョン、プラットフォーム、提供されたクラッシュ/デバッグログ、ネットワークメタデータ、セキュリティ記録。
購入情報：RevenueCat またはアプリストアから提供される商品 ID、権利状態、有効期限、購入イベント。当社は完全なカード情報を受け取りません。

8. 利用目的

アカウント作成、認証、データ同期、共有ウォレット管理、アプリ機能提供。
サブスクリプション確認、Pro 機能の解放、購入復元、不正利用防止。
障害対応、サービス保護、信頼性改善、サポート対応。
必要に応じた法令、セキュリティ、税務、会計、アプリストア要件への対応。

9. 共有と第三者

当社は個人データを販売しません。Pockets の運営に必要な範囲で、インフラ提供者、アプリストア、RevenueCat、メール/サポート事業者、分析/診断ツール等とデータを処理する場合があります。家族/共有ウォレットのデータは、招待または参加したメンバーに表示される場合があります。

10. 保管、セキュリティ、保持

当社は合理的な技術的・組織的措置によりデータを保護しますが、インターネットサービスに絶対的な安全はありません。サービス提供、法的義務、紛争解決、不正防止、削除処理に必要な期間データを保持します。

11. ユーザーの選択と権利

アプリ内で利用可能なアカウント情報を更新できます。
アプリのルールと共有ウォレット権限に従い、記録、ウォレット、画像、タグを削除できます。
アプリ内またはお問い合わせによりアカウント削除をリクエストできます。法令、安全、バックアップ、紛争対応のため、一部情報が一定期間保持される場合があります。
適用法に従い、個人データへのアクセス、訂正、削除、説明を請求できます。

12. 未成年者

Pockets は 13 歳未満、または地域で定められる同等の最低年齢未満の子どもを対象としていません。適切な同意なく子どもが個人データを提供したと思われる場合はお問い合わせください。

13. 変更

アプリ、法令、事業内容の変更に応じて本規約とポリシーを更新することがあります。最新版はこのページに掲載されます。変更後の継続利用は、更新後の内容への同意を意味します。
